Actually, I think you'll find that the general custom is in favor of
ignoring the posting styles of contributor in favor of paying
attention to what they are trying to say :).
Something which can be hard to do when placing the context of their literal
words is made difficult by difficult-to-read posting styles.

Like pure bottom posting? All I'm trying to say is: I am extremely
tired of seeing people spending time on this issue that, in the end,
means little. If you cannot figure out what someone is replying to,
ask them to restate their statement, rather than ragging on them for
not using whatever your preferred style of posting.
