Of course, the usual general custom on these lists favours bottom
posting. The untrimmed portion essentially was stripped down to only my
previous response which had been posted on the bottom of his previous
top posting. Since my last comments followed immediately upon his own
comments then it's obvious that itr was bottom posted. The additional
quoted material should then be viewed as nothing more than a footnote.
