The general view was from those who have looked at the page that it isn't very user friendly for people seeking to raise concerns about articles. We need to rewrite the information and to make OTRS easier to find for those people who need it.
In the sidebar, there's the "Contact us" link, which tries to lead people to the right place. The pages linked from here are mostly good, some could do with polishing from OTRS people and those who see the questions we get.
