Before someone takes *that* the wrong way, I'm talking about the person who
runs the server and knows about the file, not *everyone* who knows about the
file.
It's a matter of knowing about the infringement; not just knowing about
the file. Just because a few people with no connection to the material
allege that there is a copyvio does not imply that you know about the
infringement. Once you get past that you need to remember that we are
only considering a small part of the file. The rest may be perfectly
keepable as far as copyrights are concerned.
