A difference is that most areas where we pick up large numbers of
slightly notable article we have people prepared to look after them
(although not in all cases). The problem with schools is that there
doesn't appear to be any group really committed to looking after them.
Perhaps so, but the looking after would be better handled on a community
basis for all things in that community instead of some broad schools
project that deals with schools in unfamiliar places.
