The issue is that there is very little actually known about the ship yet. It's not, as far as I can tell in the article, even in the building phase yet. Is there anything public about them other than the order being placed?
I think that many are concerned about articles created about things that don't exist yet and for which not much in the way of plans have been released, and feel that the right time to write this article would be when more information is available.
