Categorization should not be rushed. Approval is not the case. See how stub

Discussion and consensus is not the same thing as bureaucracy and red
tape. It's perfectly possible -- preferable, even! -- to come to a
consensus decision on how something (e.g. categories) should be
structured without the need to go through umpteen formal proposals,
nominations, processes, listings, reviews, and so forth.
