I suggest that before we add a tag saying "this article's section requires
expansion", we find a reliable source which states that our article requires
expansion. (Not.)
Expansion markers are for improvement in the article; they serve as notes for
our editors and won't occur in the ideal article. That's distinct from spoiler
warnings which are intended to go in the final product.
