I'm looking forward to see your vote at
[[Wikipedia:Articles for
Deletion/Lee Harvey Oswald]].
Then add a clause like "singular event of limited historical significance".
Are history books likely to write about the event in the future? Is it
a particularly relevant case study?
Again, I'm fine with a clause that allows 15 minute celebrities to get
their articles removed (or at least strongly consider their wishes in
an AfD). For anyone whose actions leave an indelible record of
continuing media coverage (or historical analysis) I'd have
reservations.
As for Michael's suggestion that such things can sometimes be done
without much fanfare by OTRS volunteers and the like, IMHO, this is
what {{prod}} is for -- it can be used by anyone to get articles
deleted without the usual AfD spectacle, and still leaves a track
record for future review.
