What's interesting about your statement is that I developed the idea
out of suggestions from people who are involved in day-to-day editing
in Wikipedia.
I do admit that it is not well associated with the current culture in
enwiki, but that's because the current culture in enwiki is defective
and problematic and needs to be changed.
