Anyone can enter the property every time they go
by train. The issue was whether they could take any
video and publish it - this request was denied.
So I'm not allowed to take photos or video out the window of a train?
They can sue and be damned, then.
It's a big issue for TV programmes, who don't
want to be sued. Having said that, the 7/7
mobile footage in the tunnel, which reputedly
went for £80,000, did not have prior consent.
