I don't think it's all that obvious. Do you know, without looking,
whether "rmstallman" is really Richard Stallman? Would you expect
user:Howard Stern to be really be him?
Ultimately, famous names *are* disruptive, because some people will be
duped, and others will waste time checking.

Is General Eisenhower aka, Dwight Eisenhower, still alive? Would it be
logical for someone to mistake this user with the famous american?
Famous live people may be disruptive, but how famous is famous?
