I never said, that we are ALL very anti-Muslim. But my impression so far is, that many editors indeed have an anti-Muslim bias. What is even worse is, that even some admins have an anti-Muslim bias, which influences their blocking habits.
Have you checked how many of the editors in your list are currently blocked?
