Truer words were never spoken. In fact, a number of alternatives to
Wikipedia have the possibility of being very profitable. THINK AND
GROW RICH... Just do it somewhere else.

I'm not sure which one of us you're referring to: Fred Bauder,
administrator and arbitres and long-time contributor to Wikipedia, or
Mark Gallagher, administrator and long-time contributor (but not, thank
goodness, arbitres).
I've written hundreds of articles and made thousands of edits. Fred
Bauder has gone further, not merely working to improve the encyclopaedia
but also contributing to its good governance with a verve and dedication
matched by very few on the project. And we're not alone: there are
thousands of people who've done as much, or more.
We don't need to try to "build up an online business such as
[Wikipedia]". We *are* Wikipedia. You can be, too. But you've got a
few misconceptions to drop, first.
