Article RFCs and mediation actually are dispute resolution, but user
conduct regulation is called "dispute resolution" even though it
isn't.
You must admit, going before ArbCom tends to resolve disputes, one way
or another.
Well, it resolves disputes frequently by eliminating one of the
disputants. I still maintain that it's a user conduct process and not
a dispute resolution process.
