Merging a semi-coherent unsourced essay which is probably original research into even a half-decent article is not the way to go.
But, by all means, anyone who is arguing that the best way to proceed with this case is not to delete the article, please do something. And here it is again:

Frankly, in this particular case, I wouldn't have any problem if someone who thinks the best way to proceed with this case is to delete the article just deleted the article. But apparently there isn't a speedy criterion for it.
I do think a redirect would be better, but between deletion, redirection, and just keeping it the way it is, I don't really think it matters all that much.
