I have my doubts as to whether or not DU will be successful. It's really a matter of how well it's managed. I think the idea is a good one, though. I just hope they feel that they can use some of what we have done (commons, perhaps, as a minimum) and dont try to remake the world from scratch. And realising this, use a compatible license.
