Comic book image is a violation of copywrite law. This is not fair use
and this is not in the public domain.

The message is clear: "fair use" images are not acceptable outside of
the article space, and then only the article(s) which the image depicts.
(A magazine cover with a car on it is only usable in the article about
the magazine, not the car.)
