Adminship is a big deal. You may not want this to be the case but it is.
I think that it isn't a big deal the way most admins use it. It's
reasonable to say that for controversial people, it becomes a bigger
deal for the community.
The definition of controversial has expanded somewhat, and despite it
having bitten me recently, I think I agree with that.
