That would be idiotic. Which is why no one has proposed it.
Think for a moment, a vandal puts up an image of a penis... it says up
for 5 minutes.. then it is removed. Then we sit around, and in 5
minutes a penis is displayed on an article and we are powerless to
stop it.
Gee.. that would help a lot.

It doesn't have to be perfect or fast, it's a
*prototype*.
It's generally useful when prototypes model something that someone
would actually want to do.
