In practice, sure. But if an admin tells you that you should think
about moving on, it actually carries no more weight than if a newbie
said that.
At some stage I'll probably apply for adminship and I will find it
hard to avoid putting "because it's a free ride to respect" or
something equally impolite in my reasons for applying.
