Unblocks and unprotects are by definition reversions.
Hmm. Admin A protects a page then forgets about it. Two weeks later,
Admin B notices the error and unprotects it. Admin C quickly jumps on
him, and reprotects it. You're not going to argue that B is at fault,
while C is simply restoring order in the force, are you...
(again my definition works: A would not object to B's action, hence B
is not WWing. But B would object to C's action, so C is WWing).
