Why is it that we don't have deletion wars among admins? You can argue it's
because admins are better than that, or you can argue that it's because
admins know they'd be deadminned if they did such a thing. But either
argument could apply to any editor. We don't have to allow editors to get
into deletion wars.
Personally I don't think it makes a difference whether or not non-admins
can delete articles, though. In my opinion the important thing is that
non-admins can view articles which have been deleted via the VFD process.
