RickK has deleted his own talk page. I think it should be undeleted, and RickK should be de-sysop'ed.
Other admins have deleted their own Talk: and User: pages upon leaving without sanction or even comment. Other editors have had their Talk: and User: pages deleted for them upon leaving, and have subsequently returned without having them restored.
