WITHOUT commenting on the Silverback affair per se, would it maybe be a
good idea to notify every temp-blocked user of the current technical
issues as regards unblocking?
I'm just thinking that telling people in advance that, yes there's a
known problem, no it's not meant to humiliate them, yes it does affect
everybody who's currently getting blocked -- that extra bit of info may
reassure folks a bit and might just prevent some peeps from going over
the edge.
Or is that already being done?
