Do what I did here. Take away the personal attack from Stan's message, and then read the rest. Stan is simply telling the truth.
I don't accept that you have removed the personal attack. There is still the blatantly false claim that people who disagree with X or Y's deletionist argument are implicitly "trying to make a free speech point". I do not argue for free speech, ever--the concept is virtually unknown in my country and not one that I consciously espouse. This is simply a matter of employees falsely claiming that Wikipedia must change in order to solve their own personal communication and web navigation problems.
