I have filtered the old list I had compiled once against a current list of article titles, and have about 79000 topics left. I put the "central" page for these at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:List_of_encyclopedia_topics and created one "demo" page (#57) with 1000 links. Should I upload the otheres as well (also 1000 links each), or is the quality too bad?
Seems like a cool list to have! It would be useful to know which encyclopedia was the original source. I'd also suggest letting all the terms run together on the page, no line breaks, since no one is ever going to add any kind of explanatory note after each term, and you get to see more of them at once.
They do uppercase where we would lowercase, so some amount of redir will be needed. Even so, interesting to see how many topics are still overlooked - I did a sample of titles from the Grove Encyclopedia of Music a while back, and we had just 5% of its articles, got a few years yet before we're world-class in the music area.
