Your solution with the redirects and the "master page" is too complex,
too difficult to administer for absolutely every controversial subject,
and highly confusing to readers. Everybody will be pointing fingers at
Wikipedia's low quality because of it. To unsuspecting visitors, it just
looks completely messed up.
