I think this is probably a good idea for everyone, not just for you. Working on a page and then having to mess around defending it on VfD is no fun for anyone, newbie or old hand.

Don't list pages created by admins on VfD. Maybe I'll even extend it to not listing pages created by longstanding Wikipedians on VfD, at least not without discussing it with them first.
