This is a very interesting perspective.
It takes /you/ much more time to improve an article than to list it on VfD. But it takes /the community as a whole/ much less time if you work on it.
So you are to be commended for being so altruistic. OTOH, how can we give other people an incentive to take the same route that you are taking?
