I don't think that there have been any specific recommendations as to how Julie's past presence in Wikipedia ought to be rendered
She mailed me privately and said that it would be OK to change all occurances of "J Hofmann Kemp" to "JHK". I changed her username and the article histories, but changing the talk page sigs is a bit of work, and I'm wary of running a potentially destructive SQL query on hundreds of pages.
