I have updated the queries to take advantage of the new building index in the default mapnik map style in the osm svn repository. If you resync with that, you will hopefully get them too.
I updated to the current mapnik style and upgraded some parking functionality. The new styles (mapnik-bw,mapnik-noicons,parking, parktrans) (all tested) are in /home/kayd/deploy
Either some kind soul deploys them to ptolemy or I'll try deploying them myself, maybe tomorrow.
Hopefully the new building index increases rendering performance.
