New subject: Threats policy

With the couple of suicide notes in the past few weeks, and now this
issue about school violence threats (see

)
I think it would be prudent if there were an "official" or
semi-official policy/How-To set up, similar to the revised WP:SUICIDE.
Thoughts?

You should contact our office at info@wikimedia.org (see http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Contact_us for fax and phone numbers) and also the school administration (and possibly local law enforcement). Give our office's email to the school administrator and vice versa. Our office can give permission to release information to law enforcement if a checkuser is necessary.

The downside is that the FBI is likely to seriously investigate a 13 year old who was just joking around. But the small chance that the kid is serious and has guns makes it appropriate.
