Not sure if his figures are accurate, but it's intriguing.
Does this mean the Tories will be composing their next manifesto by
wiki? If so, is David Cameron founder or co-founder?
It shows some confidence that he should mention wikipedia, given the
problems over the Titian edits not so long ago.
