Some of us take on too much, and participation in
controversial can be a
considerable drain on time and emotion. Adam appears to have realized
that. Limiting himself to the stated topics may make him more productive.
And thus do Wikipedia articles on un-controversial topics generally achieve
a reasonably high standard, while Wikipedia articles on controversial topics
degenerate into Wikigarbage in a ruthless Darwinian "survival of the most
strident POV pushers" battle.
