Anyone unconvinced that Wikipedia is run on a "some animals are more equal than others" basis should look at MONGO's ongoing efforts to pin something on SevenOfDiamonds, as seen in its latest stage here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/A rbitration_enforcement
Having tried and failed multiple times to get SevenOfDiamonds labeled as one or another of various banned users of the past, he had yet another try here, still failing to prove his point even though he had the support and sympathy of various admins.
The great irony in all of this is that MONGO and his friends love to attack and ridicule everybody who keeps trying to bring actions against MONGO; the fact that almost all of them have failed (except for the one that led to his desysopping) is given as evidence that they're all frivolous and laughable, and that the people who bring them should be sanctioned for harassment.
By those standards, MONGO is certainly guilty of harrassment for his repeated unsuccessful attempts to bring action against this user.

As a person with no stake in this case whatsoever, I do think the evidence is pretty convincing. It's not water-tight, but it is certainly enough to warrant suspicion.
Again, I don't care either way about who's right. I'm just saying that to me, SevenOfDiamonds and this Nuclear-guy look very much like the same user.

I think they are both guilty of blatant harassment and assumption of bad faith whereas concerned with each other. But I'm especially worried by MONGO's conduct, as he has been around long enough to know better. And it seems this type of behavior is a pattern; case in point, my first serious interaction with him was to oppose his nom of Crockspot (that infamous latest RFA). In response to my criticisms of his candidate, he chose to come stalking around my talk and userspace looking for ways to attack my character and contributions. The fact that he seems to think it appropriate to use whatever means necessary, including attempted character assassination, to defeat opponents in content disputes is seriously troubling.

I would like to point out that Bmedley Sutler was just blocked for 48 hours for editing in proxy for the user Fairness And Accuracy For All, who was banned for one year by order of arbcom in the Free Republic arbitration. Both have admitted to being in touch with each other, and FAAFA, posting as Fnord23 on WikipediaReview, is bragging that he fed Bmedley the links which torpedoed my RfA, as revenge for the deletion of the Andy Stephenson article last year.
My RfA was sailing to an easy pass until it was disrupted by a banned user and his proxy.
While my comments on CU were regrettable, they were a tiny handful of the over 10k posts I have made on CU, and some of them were dragged out from several years ago. Fnord/FAAFA has stated on WR that I will need to create a new account, because those links will be dragged out again whenever he sees the need to kick me down.
I tend to believe that the links were fed to Bmedley, because he appears not to even know who Andy Stephenson is, and if he had dug up those posts out of my archived posting history himself, he certainly would have known who Andy was.
Needless to say I am very disappointed in the way this turned out, but I am glad that I did not withdraw. I regret making those particular posts on CU, not because they cost me my RfA, but because a couple of Wikipedians suffered real harm when they read them. Unfortunately what is done is done, and the internet never forgets.

LIst is here to make wikipedia good? Really getting tired with subjects which need to be left onwiki.
please not another day of RfA (UGLY) - these subjects are best kept to talk pages or an incidental post.
