of recycled material is equal to the value per pound of the least
valuable material in the mixture. To at least a first approximation,
the value of Wikipedia is set by the value of the least accurate
material in Wikipedia.
Really? That might mean the value oscillates wildly, or on the other hand is steady at
zero. Some problem with this: in fact the value has gradually increased, month-on-month.
Naturally "value" here hides some issues. Pragmatically speaking, the criterion
doesn't work, for reference material.
