As to Ed Poor, he's not banned either.
The CIA's involvement in the Chile coup needs to be set forth plainly in the
appropriate articles, just as the KGB's involvement in the removal of the
ruler of Afganistan is set forth in the article [[Soviet invasion of
Afghanistan]], "December 27, 1979 - 700 KGB spetsnaz special forces troops,
Alpha Group, in Afghan uniforms storm the Presidential Place in Kabul,
taking heavy casualties, killing President Hafizullah Amin."

I think that Ed Poor got what he'd wanted all along. Right after I announced
that I'd be leaving Wikipedia, Ed Poor unprotected [[Augusto Pinochet]]
writing, "after recent discussions on the mailing list, I hope we can work
together now." See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Protection_log
Then, also without discussing his intentions, he unilaterally removed the
reference to U.S. backing from the Pinochet article
(

d=3939010)
And I'm the one who should be banned, right?
