Yugoslavia officially has changed its name to Serbia and Montenegro. Should we move all of the Yugoslavia articles accordingly?

well.... OTOMH, I'd say yes, if they mean the current country. a country named Yugoslavia has existed, so we still need an article on it, and man y things will still mention that. (smae way we have an article on Prussia)

At the same time IIRC they agreed to have a referendum in three years on splitting the two. This could be a short lived entity.
