This
can be done without rehearing any substanitive issues.

If you want to pursue this, it should be with the arbitrators, not on
this
general mailing list. Ordinary users can do
nothing about the matter
you
are raising; conversely, many of the arbitrators
may not be subscribed
or
reading here.

Thank you. This involves two steps (1) a limited unblock (2) forwarding
this request to ArbCom1. Given the serious nature of these slanders that
Google picks up, and my efforts at redress through Wikipedia's internal
regulatory processes, coupled with bureaucratic rebuffs, this thread here
appears to be the first time this problem has been brought to the attention
of the Community.
Is there a way to expedite a limited unblock for the purpose of ArbCom
addressing a very simple matter that could be disposed fairly quickly and
painlessly? This matter has lingered for one and half years now and must be
addressed sooner or later.
Thank you.

Any such request must be addressed to the Arbitration Committee. You can
e-mail me a request to forward to the committee if you wish, or perhaps one
of the arbitrators who is subscribed here will indicate that he is doing
so. I have no view on the merits of such request but obviously as clerk
will implement any changes authorized by the committee.
