In other words, anyone can sign up, claim their name is John Johnson from Wisconsin, submit a fake bio, and be an editor.
My name is Yon Yonson, I come from Visconsin, I vork in a lumbermill dere; De people I meet ven I valk down the street, they say "Vat's your name?" and I say "My name is Yon Yonson, I come from Visconsin, I vork in a lumbermill dere; De people...
NOOOO! NOOO!! Make it stop!
Maybe I can exorcise it:
Conductor, when you receive a fare, Punch in the presence of the passenjare! A blue trip slip for an eight-cent fare, A buff trip slip for a six-cent fare, A pink trip slip for a three-cent fare, Punch in the presence of the passenjare! Punch, brothers! punch with care! Punch in the presence of the passenjare!"

Technically true, but I don't think Mgm meant editors in the CZ sense, I think he meant "people who edit."
Well, they appear to have a nice system worked out, for example: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Category:Linguistics_Workgroup They've outlined some nice methods of communication, and it's all very user-friendly and aesthetic.
If I wasn't so speculative about its licensing and paranoid about my identity, I would set up an account.
