I didn't come from me, I'm quite sure. I don't use any email system that's remotely vulnerable to such stuff.

I've received quite a high number of messages with this and other similar messages inviting me to open the attachment. I've also received messages from people to whom I've never written saying that I sent it to them. When I look at the page source I find that they were sent from somebody else who has said that they were from me, but has a different IP address. It will pick up your name from somebody else's files and send this worm on your behalf.
