That reminds me of the follow up question I was thinking about the other day. Is Citizendium everything that was in Nupedia, plus new stuff? Or did Citizendium start over from nothing? Or (C) ?

(c) - it started forking the entire content of Wikipedia, then abandoned this, deleted all Wikipedia articles that hadn't been edited and started writing fresh stuff. This is all in the Wikipedia article.
