About how long is it expected to take?
Depends on *how* big the image directory is - my guess is a few hours, but
not being one of the devs, it's just a guess.
Of course, it could just be a quick switchover, get a "slave" image server
up to date, then lock image uploads to let it catch up, and then swap the
servers over - that'd probabally take all of five minutes.
Like I said, I'm not one of the people who knows, so my guess is probabally
as good as anyone else's
