Someone at the IP address 194.228.103.247 has created a couple of new articles on Jaguars that all contain data from the website www.jaguarracing.wz.cz to which a link was also added to the Jaguar (car) page by the same user. Anyone want to weigh in on whether this constitutes a copyright violation?

If it's just *data* from that website, there is no copywrite violation. Information itself isn't copywrited. --LittleDan

It's also descriptive text, which is copyrighted, and to a lesser degree the presentation of the facts, which can be copyrighted, that makes these contribution problematic.
