It's a difficult situation. The only idea I had was putting up one of those "might be objectionable for anyone under 18" etc. pages for articles with explicit subject matter for all anons. That way you (theoretically) can't "stumble" onto one of the pages in question. Same thing for users if they want.

(I know it would be hard to enforce, but its an idea nonetheless).
