Yes: that we don't have the luxury of eventualism - with BLPs (and material on living persons in general), we really need to get it right immediately if we're to have material on them at all. Is there anyone here who actually disagrees with that in principle?

Re-read it carefully: the key sentence is "special attention to the principles of neutrality and verifiability". This means that those principles need closer observation there than elsewhere, but that those principles are no different.
