Jimbo said it and it's been precedent since.
Note that BLP is neutrality, verifiability and no original research
all turned up to 11. If you want to over throw that, or turn it back
to 10 or 9, you'll need to do so in ways that don't lead lots of
people to say (as they have been) "um, Jeff, please do this in a less
dickish way."
