The institutions are slow to recognize this apocalypse, among them Wikipedia's institutional arm. Students and prospective students are only beginning to appreciate that the costs of education do not correlate with their personal economic prospects. Employers maintain illusions about the value of credentialization, as though it would absolve them from establishing their own training programs.
