This is a serious website, involving people of great

that far exceeds most locations on the net. If Fred
speaks for us, he must
be do so with the full power of wiki behind him; our
credibility and
excellence. That must be unambiguously shown and
stressed. This is a /real/
encyclop�dia, not a discussion group and that /has
to be stressed/ to
empower Fred.

Huh?? Ok. Yeah -- thats the point of having someone
designated for the role. This whole business of
"somebody... just make it so" is confusing.
